Infrastructure is controlled and separated by environment. We are committed to ongoing improvement as our platform grows, favoring honesty over hype.
Infrastructure & Hosting
For SaaS: Magdi-AI is hosted in secure cloud environments, using standard authentication and encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We enforce separation between production and test environments.
For Self-Hosted: Deployment is Docker-based. All data remains within the customer’s infrastructure, providing full control over access and retention policies.
We do not claim compliance certifications unless officially verified. Our approach prioritizes transparency and continuous improvement.
Data Handling
Data you provide is processed solely to deliver Magdi-AI’s functionality. We do not collect extra data or mine information beyond the needs of platform operations.
AI outputs are generated from your own content, and users retain ownership over their data. We believe in practical practices and privacy by default.
Access Control
Access to Magdi-AI is managed through account-based authentication using securely handled passwords. Roles can be separated where applicable, and access can be revoked when needed.
We aim for clarity and simplicity in access management, without inflated claims.
